About the Role
You'll speak with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to our range of marketing solutions. If you enjoy conversation, are curious about people, and want a stable role with strong growth opportunities, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
* Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
* Build rapport, ask meaningful questions, and recommend the right services
* Guide clients through a clear, supportive sales process
* Maintain accurate notes and manage your pipeline with structure
* Work toward achievable monthly targets using our proven training framework
* Collaborate with a friendly team who are invested in your development
What We're Looking For
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner
* Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
* Motivated by personal growth and achieving goals
* Comfortable using basic computer systems and following process
* Someone who thrives in a supportive environment with ongoing coaching
What You Get
* Base Salary: $58,000–$62,000 + Super
* Successful candidates will earn approx. $3,500 per month in combined commissions and bonuses
* Commissions and bonuses are uncapped
* Comprehensive onboarding and continuous mentoring from experienced leaders
* A structured growth path into senior sales, client management, or leadership
