About the Role

Alliance Housing (WA) is seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive team in Bunbury. This full-time role is central to keeping our organisation running smoothly — providing high-quality administrative and customer service support across all areas of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a broad range of administrative tasks, including filing, maintaining accurate records, and managing databases and documents.
* Deliver professional and friendly customer service to clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
* Gather information and assist with communications, including, newsletters, and contributions to annual reports.
* Coordinate meetings, workshops, and community engagement events.
* Provide company secretarial support, including minute taking and meeting preparation.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of administrative systems and processes.

About You

You're an organised, proactive team player with excellent communication skills and looking to make a positive impact in your community. You will bring:

* Proven experience in an administration or office support role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* A current WA Driver's Licence.
