Our client is a true market leader with a global presence, specialising in a broad range of services to a large number of industries such as food and catering as well as facility services. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to lead their UKG specialist team, as well as support the enhancement of SuccessFactors products for the organisation.
Position Description
Reporting into the HRIS Manager, your main tasks will include:
* Leading a team of four, responsible for the delivery, enhancement and maintenance of the system
* Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of UKG
* Support and troubleshoot UKG
* Plan and oversee System UAT Testing, including writing and executing scripts in UKG
* Identify issues within system
* You would be responsible for training, mentoring and the performance management of UKG HRIS team members
* Other duties as requested by management
Candidate Profile
The Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following Attributes
* Proven leadership skills in a prior role
* In-depth knowledge and proven experience using UKG (Kronos) and ideally SuccessFactors
* Proven experience coordinating, testing and implementing system upgrades and enhancements within HRIS & Payroll Systems
* High level of business and commercial acumen
* Understanding of the impact of payroll and links to the financial and other systems
* Knowledge and understanding of Awards, EBA’s & Legislation
* Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
