Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver penetration testing and red team engagements across complex environments
* Simulate real-world attackers to infiltrate networks, escalate privileges, and achieve defined objectives
* Identify, document, and clearly present technical vulnerabilities and security weaknesses
* Develop tailored remediation guidance aligned to client risk and business constraints
Skills and experience
* Proven experience delivering penetration testing and/or red team engagements
* Strong offensive security mindset with the ability to assess and bypass security controls
* Experience adapting to new technologies, industries, and client environments
* Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Passion for research, automation, and developing new offensive techniques
