At our car rental company, we're seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Rental Service Agent.
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-focused individual who will be the first point of contact for all our customers offering stress-free end-to-end solutions for their rental needs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our branch within Griffith and providing exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face and phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing detailed information regarding rental agreements, insurance, guidelines and procedures to customers
* Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, reporting damages or issues and detailing vehicles
* Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
* Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company standards, policies and procedures
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a 'can do' attitude, willingness to go above and beyond for customers and fellow team members, and a strong ability to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately. A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail is essential for this position.
