The Role:
We're looking for an experienced agency recruiter with an interest in the legal sector to develop a dedicated recruitment portfolio. We are open to a Consultant, Senior or Principal. This is a unique opportunity where you will be instrumental in building relationships with law firms and in-house teams across Australia, sourcing talent for a diverse range of legal roles. While requiring strong business development acumen to establish your client base, you'll be joining a team where success is already being demonstrated, providing a strong foundation and proven strategies to follow.
What we're looking for:
Experienced agency recruiters, preferably from the permanent professional sector.
The ability to map out new potential clients, build strong pipelines, and develop lasting relationships.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for winning business and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
Strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, research-driven approach.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset - our team is supportive and works closely together.
