We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Services Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring everything runs smoothly, from pricing to property care to guest experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Portfolio Growth: Drive monthly growth by expanding your portfolio of accommodation properties.
* Community Engagement: Network with local businesses and community groups to boost referrals.
* Property Management: Oversee property inspections, maintenance, presentation, and compliance with onboarding/offboarding procedures.
* Owner & Traveller Relationships: Build strong relationships with property owners and ensure travellers have the best possible experience.
* Vendor Management: Manage cleaning staff, contractors, and property inspectors to ensure seamless operations.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with the team and support the positive culture of Alloggio.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A well-connected local professional with solid property management experience.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* A sharp mind for business acumen and a passion for growth.
* Experience with industry-specific tools (RMS, HomHero, Guesty, or similar).
* Current Driver's License and eligibility to work in Australia.
