We are looking for a Sales Professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team. This newly created position is to be based at our Stockland Halcyon Illyarrie, located in the suburb of Sinagra, in Wanneroo.
About the role

You’ll be guiding customers through one of the most important decisions of their lives, from first enquiry to final purchase, while hitting your sales targets.
Base pay (salary + super) plus quarterly bonus + sales commission is on offer, for this permanent, full-time role, Tuesday – Saturday, with Sunday/Monday rostered days off.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in sales/business development, ideally in LLC (land lease communities), retirement living, or home building (but we’re open to other industries)
- A customer-first mindset, you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service
- Strong relationship building skills and consultative approach
- Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated and deadline driven, but also a great team player
- Your own reliable transport and clean full drivers’ license
- Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous
