Day in the Life
No Two Days Are The Same, But You Might

* Start your day reviewing maintenance requests and scheduling contractors
* Walk the site to check everything is running smoothly (with guidance)
* Update compliance records, reporting and work orders
* Take a call from a tenant and help resolve a minor facilities issue
* Coordinate a contractor visit for preventative maintenance
* Work closely with your Facilities Manager on upcoming projects
* You'll be hands-on, problem-solving and learning every day – with a clear pathway into a Facilities Manager role.

What You'll Bring

* Experience in administration, trades, maintenance coordination, property support or customer service
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and people skills
* Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities
* Keen interest in a long-term career in the property industry
* Local knowledge of Townsville highly regarded
* Highly Regarded (but not essential): Trade qualification, WHS training or exposure to building services or facilities.
