Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 10 years post-admission experience as a personal injury lawyer
* Proven leadership and management skills, including experience leading and motivating teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
* A deep understanding of the legal industry, including relevant laws and regulations
