Legal Secretary - Insurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Professional Indemnity practice group. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and partners.

* File administration and maintenance
* Drafting general correspondence and court documents
* Diary and mail management
* Billing and invoicing
* Involvement with client reporting and communication

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a warm nature.


About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant, preferably within the insurance space. They will be responsible for:

* Providing high-quality administrative support to our lawyers and partners
* Managing files and documents in a secure and efficient manner
* Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
