The Team
Our insurance & health team is headed up by 32 well respectedprincipals across six states. The department is recognised throughout theinsurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and deliveringexceptional service.

The team handles claims across all major classes ofinsurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locallyand overseas. The principals that head up the team for this particular role areToby Barrie and Jason Hart.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for an experienced litigatorto join our tight knit team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate canexpect to be involved in a range of litigious and contentious matters arisingfrom professional indemnity, directors & officers and management liabilitylines of insurance as well as regulatory investigations and prosecutions andcommercial disputes. You will work with a diverse range of domestic andinternational clients.

The Successful Candidate:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experienceand attributes:

- previousdefendant insurance experience (preferably professional indemnity);
- abilityto manage own file load;
- abilityto build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
- strongcommunication skills;
- abilityand enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners; and
- collaborativeand pragmatic approach.
