We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to join our team and help us stay elite in our field. As a Store Manager, you'll run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. You'll create a positive workplace where everyone can grow while delivering the results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Turnover of store: 4-7 Million
Team Size: 25+
Team Structure breakdown: Store Manager; Assistant Store Manager; In-Store VM; 3x Department Supervisors; FT; 10+ Casuals
What we're looking for:
- Experience coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
- Proven ability to drive consistent service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience
Business Development:
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets
- Experience using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities
Commercial Operations:
- Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management
- Experience leading back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries
- Understanding of driving profit through using reports and smart product placement
People Leadership:
- Experience managing department managers or large full time teams, plus planning who can step up into future roles
- Proven ability to build a positive team culture through coaching and recognising good work
- Track record of hiring and developing strong retail staff
- Experience managing underperformance and maintaining team standards
