What You Can Expect
We're looking for a clinically driven Upper Extremities Clinical Support Representative to support surgeons, theatre teams and healthcare professionals across South Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the operating theatre, enjoys being a trusted clinical partner, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient-focused support.
You may come from an established orthopaedic or medical device clinical support background, or you may be an Allied Health professional (such as a Physiotherapist) with strong upper limb anatomy knowledge who is ready to transition into the medical device space.
What matters most is your clinical credibility, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding support in high-pressure environments.
How You\'ll Create Impact
You Will
* Support sales objectives by providing high-quality clinical service, advice and case support to customers
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, registrars, nurse unit managers, theatre staff, CSSD teams and other key stakeholders
* Drive appropriate utilisation of Zimmer Biomet solutions by ensuring the right product is available for the right patient
* Manage nurse, registrar and surgeon engagement through lead identification, case management and structured product in-service training
* Ensuring timely return and tracking of instrument sets post-procedure
* Developing and maintaining surgeon-specific surgical technique and workflow documentation
* Provide case support outside your defined territory when required
* Actively support the Sales team in the execution of the Sales Plan and achievement of annual targets
Your Background
Essential
* Degree qualification in Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence clinical stakeholders
* Ability to become technically proficient across the assigned product portfolio
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to quickly learn and retain complex clinical and technical information
* A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable
* Previous experience working in an operating theatre environment
* Working knowledge of the medical device or orthopaedic industry
* Previous experience in sales or clinical support (healthcare preferred)
Travel Expectations
* Frequent travel within the assigned territory (up to 90%)
* Occasional out-of-territory, interstate or overseas travel as required
