Work for a leading childcare centre provider in Australia. With over 48 Centres and 2 training facilities they have a strong presence in multiple states across Australia. Their specialised team oversee the day to date operations and work in consultation with Approved Providers and Nominated Supervisors to get the best outcome for each individual centre and their community.
Working closely with the Operations Team, Centre Directors and Area Mangers you will support them with Humanforce queries. This will include:
- Setting roster budgets and analysing wage discrepancies year on year
- Checking over all timesheets in Humanforce for previous week and looking out for timesheet rules
- Onboarding follow up - liaise with centres that still have onboarding profiles that are not activated
- Check sick and annual leave timesheets to ensure they are not going into negative
- Support the payroll team when they need assistance with Humanforce timesheets/ profiles or onboarding
- Basic payroll tasks as required
**Experience**:
- Experience with Humanforce (essential)
- Experience with Access Attache' (not essential)
- Experience with contemporary Awards & experience within the Childcare industry preferable
**Skills**:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail and responds appropriately under time and pressure situations
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed computer literacy including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and use initiative
- Ability to interpret awards / agreements and understand legislative requirements
- Proactive Problem solver with a positive and enthusiastic disposition
