About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate psychotherapist to join our integrative mental health team on a contractor basis. You’ll provide high-quality, trauma-informed psychotherapy and counselling to individuals (and optionally couples) either at our clinic in Warrnambool or via telehealth. The role suits a reflective, relationally-oriented practitioner committed to therapeutic work, collaboration, and community impact. We offer full admin support, referrals, marketing, supervision, and modern consulting rooms.
The Details
- Employment Type: Contractor position
- Work Hours: Flexible part-time (with potential to grow)
- Location: Warrnambool, VIC / Telehealth
- Remuneration: 60% of fees to the contractor (exclusive of super)

Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Registration (or eligibility) with PACFA, ACA, AASW, or AHPRA
- Experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues
- Clinical case formulation competence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice, supervision, and professional development
- Ability to maintain accurate, confidential client records
- Team-oriented approach
Desirable
- Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary settings
- Interest in couples or group work
- Familiarity with Halaxy or similar clinical software
