Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Guest Services team. As Night Audit, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service during the overnight shift. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to maintaining the smooth operation of our establishment during non-daytime hours.
You will have proficient computer and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a strong communicator.

Responsibilities
1. Provide efficient, friendly and professional services to all guests; lead by example when attending to guest requests by constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
2. Assist guests with their overnight requests and process any late-night check-ins and check-outs from the hotel, accept overnight reservation requests and process payments.
3. Undertake end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation; run EOD computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift.
4. Ensure safety and security requirements are being met and coordinate with other staff members and departments to ensure guest needs are met.
5. Be a source of information to guests on matters such as transport, activities/places of interest and restaurant advice.

Qualifications
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferable within the hospitality industry.
2. Sound knowledge of accounting methodology and its application to end of day operations in a hotel operation.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to go above and beyond to deliver a memorable guest service experience.
4. Intermediate proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn and use business systems relevant to the role.
