THE ROLE

Are You
* Experienced in property, including knowledge of the Victorian Government Land Monitor's policy framework and the residential property market?
* A strong communicator with proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in complex environments?
* Experienced in coordinating and supporting outcomes for large-scale, fast-paced social infrastructure projects?
The Senior Project Manager will work within a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians. The role requires a dynamic, adaptable candidate with expertise in project management, property transactions, town planning, and construction and design management. Key skills include excellent project management, attention to detail, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities encompass project management, procurement coordination, providing authoritative advice and reporting, and acquiring developments and properties for social and affordable housing. The role demands exceptional stakeholder management, strong written communication, and a thorough understanding of the Victorian Government Transaction Policy and the Valuer General Victoria framework to ensure compliance.

Accountabilities Include
* Maintaining accurate and complete records in accordance with legislative requirements and departmental policies on records, information security, and privacy.
* Ensuring personal and workplace safety by adhering to legislative requirements and departmental occupational health and safety policies.
* Understanding how the role's actions and outcomes impact clients and the department's ability to deliver effective support and services.
