Job Title: Support Worker
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers.
This rewarding role involves providing person-centred support to people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
* Key responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal planning, and socialisation, as well as supporting clients in SILS settings.
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous, but not essential. We encourage applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
* Flexible working hours, including short shifts, will be required to ensure we meet the needs of our clients. A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is also necessary for this role.
* A First Aid qualification and National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work) are mandatory. You will also need to hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
