Overview
We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to support our Director, Communications and Marketing.
This is a senior, outcome focused role responsible for driving demand generation, conversion, retention and lifetime value through integrated, data led marketing. You will own the growth and lifecycle marketing strategy, using CRM, segmentation and performance insights to continuously optimise results.
You will lead a small team, work closely with internal stakeholders, and manage specialist partners to ensure marketing activity delivers meaningful growth outcomes for Australian Industry Group.
Responsibilities
* Owning the end to end demand generation and lead management lifecycle, from first touch through to conversion, onboarding, engagement and retention.
* Delivering CRM led lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, automation, lead management and personalisation.
* Leading the creation of engaging campaign content, including video and thought leadership that generate leads and conversion.
* Driving continuous improvement in CRM workflows, segmentation and lifecycle journeys to improve personalisation and create smarter ways to engage and support businesses.
* Measuring and optimising performance using CRM, funnel analytics and website insights to improve ROI.
* Acting as a strategic business partner, including managing media agencies or specialists and holding them accountable for results.
Qualifications and Success Factors
* Proven experience owning growth through marketing, with accountability for demand generation, conversion, retention and performance outcomes.
* Deep experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, automation, lead management and continuous optimisation.
* A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, measure ROI and adjust strategy to improve results.
* Experience leading and improving CRM workflows and customer journeys, using insight to drive smarter, more effective engagement.
* Confidence working as a strategic business partner, influencing stakeholders and aligning marketing activity to organisational priorities.
* Experience managing specialist agencies or contractors (e.g. performance, SEO/SEM, media), holding them accountable for outcomes.
