Key Responsibilities
* End to end management of portfolio
* Oversee applications along with dedicated property officer
* NCAT and Insurance claims
* Ensure excellent customer service and provide outstanding client experiences.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
* Communicate confidently with Landlords and Tenants
* Commit to ongoing professional growth and career progression.

* Must have experience as a Property Manager of at least 18 months
* Must have valid Real Estate Qualification and CPD up to date
* Must have own car and valid driving licence
