It is a casual/part-time position, and required that the applicant be available for a minimum of two days per week (ideally Mondays and Fridays).
Typical hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm, and Fridays are 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Preferred Requirements:
- In-progress or completed degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or Information Systems
- Technician, IT support or tech retail experience
A large part of the role is communicating with customers, understanding their unique situations, and providing informed recommendations and services. Understanding diagnostic and repair procedures, communicating these to customers, and managing service details during these processes.
Comprehensive training will be provided for applicants who proceed through the interview stages.
Preferred Experience:
- Customer service experience in either hospitality or retail
- Tutoring experience
- Administrative support / service desk experience
