You will be focused on developing the subscription model and revenue streams.
**What you will be doing...**
- Responsible for the scoping, design and production of digital products and champion of the customer, maximising conversions whilst ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Guide product development from conception to launch
- Define the product roadmap - vision and strategy
- Create insights, wireframes, UX/UI and functional specifications
- Initiation, launch and ongoing optimisation of recent features.
- Co-ordinate designers, developers, UI/UX and external providers to deliver industry-leading products
- Conduct experiments to optimise product conversion
**What you can do now...**
- Solid experience in, defining product roadmap, creating wireframes and customer journeys.
- Preferably have experience with implementing and integrating back end platforms.
- Experienced in leading agile team practices, ceremonies, grooming and workflows
- Management of 1 direct report and task allocations for software engineers.
- Able to maintain and improve team velocity and output
- Ability to turn insights and strategy into effective products
