Forklift/Warehouse Operator – Grain Processing

About the Role
This is a hands‑on, practical position responsible for keeping product moving safely and efficiently through the warehouse. You'll work closely with production teams to load containers, move full containers, manage stock, unload/load trucks, and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (high‑level skill essential)
* Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including loading/unloading trucks
* Support automated palletising equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
* Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and stock accuracy
* Work proactively with production teams to meet tight schedules
* Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
About You
* Gun forklift operator with proven experience and current licence
* Minimum 3+ years of forklift operating experience required
* Able to stay highly organised under pressure in a fast‑moving environment
* Hands‑on, reliable, and committed to teamwork
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on safe work practices
* Experience in agriculture, grain, milling, or manufacturing is an advantage
* Valid Australian work rights required for this position
