Job Description
The role of Deputy Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the operational management of Radiation Oncology Services at Alfred Health. The position involves supporting the Director and Operations Manager in service delivery, financial management, quality and patient safety, and infrastructure management.
The successful candidate will be based at Gippsland Radiation Oncology (GRO) but may be required to travel between sites.

* A health service management or business management qualification
* Knowledge of contemporary issues in health
* Strong experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
* Previous experience in staff management and leadership
* Excellent communication skills
