Their commitment to social and environmental responsibility sets us apart in the market, and we're seeking a passionate and experienced National Sales Manager to drive their presence in the surf, skate and action sports retailers across Australia and NZ.
As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's reach and influence within the surf and skate industry. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in national sales management, a deep understanding of the surf and skate culture, and a passion for retail.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers within the surf and skate industry.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive brand growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand positioning.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
What we need from you:
Proven experience in national sales management selling into retail in this industry
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Passion for the surf and skate culture and strong networks and relationships within this space
Minimum of 5 years of experience in national sales management
Experience with NZ retail will be highly advantageous
