Using insights and data to refine content and improve reach, relevance and impact.
Contributing creative ideas that strengthen reputation, grow audiences and celebrate our people.
Let's Talk About You
You're a thoughtful communicator who blends creativity with purpose. You're curious, collaborative and motivated by making a genuine difference. You take pride in telling stories that empower people, improve understanding and reflect the values of compassion, integrity and dignity. You're not just sharing information, you're building connection, confidence and community pride.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Proven experience creating engaging content across social, digital or email channels.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across diverse teams.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm, organised and outcomes-focused.
A mindset that values innovation, feedback and continuous improvement.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience with digital platforms, analytics tools or public sector communications, and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media or marketing.
Above all, you'll bring courage, empathy and creativity, helping deliver communications that truly matter to our communities.
