_**Gympie Motorcycles **_are currently seeking an experienced New and Used sales consultant to join our team in Gympie, selling Kawasaki Motorcycles/Mules, Mahindra Tractors, TYM and Landini Tractors and Cub Cadet and Rover Mowers.
**As a Motorcycle Salesperson you are responsible for, but not limited to**
- Checking sales leads daily and attending to them
- Providing customer support and service on the showroom floor.
- Generating sales quotes and contracts for new and used products.
- Liaise with management and all departments including workshop, parts & accessories on all aspects of sales.
- Meet sales targets and KPI's
- Ability to learn and possess a deep understanding of products and services

You will need to demonstrate:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- A high level of personal presentation
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Motorcycle/Tractor Knowledge preffered but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident at working under pressure and towards deadlines.
- Able to manage and resolve complex problems or conflict using negotiation.
