**Airport Operations Leadership Role**:
This position is critical in ensuring high-quality service delivery to all clients and stakeholders at Sydney Airport.
The role requires effective collaboration with airline partners to maintain the highest level of service provided by Star Aviation.
The key responsibilities include providing assessment, feedback, and oversight on SLAs for relevant airline partners.
Stakeholder relationships must be managed to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Opportunities for innovation and value addition to the client experience should be identified.
Leadership will be required to implement new services, working closely with senior leadership.
Resources must be managed against contract and financial budget, ensuring positive financial outcomes.
Regular meetings with clients and stakeholders must be attended to report on performance-related KPIs.
A high-performance culture committed to quality and outstanding client service should be driven.
Electronic reporting and staff levels must meet operational requirements.
**Ground Servicing Equipment Management**:
Support will be provided to the Operations team in managing GSE used for operational purposes at the airport.
The safe and secure operation of all Ground Servicing Equipment must be ensured.
Operational Leadership must be guided in following approved reporting processes for equipment deficiencies or malfunctions.
**People Management**:
Team leadership and management must be ensured to comply with contractual obligations.
A safety culture must be driven across the team.
Performance issues must be managed, and staff competence in their roles must be ensured.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Previous experience in aviation client management is essential.
Subject matter expertise in ground handling and stakeholder relationship management is required.
A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) is necessary for this role.
