**The opportunity**:
The Global Mobility Advisor for KBR Australia will be accountable for the best practice delivery of Mobility operations within KBR's People & Culture Operations team.
Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Lead and with support from our U.S. based Global Mobility team, the Global Mobility Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of specific strategic initiatives and projects. A key requirement will be the management of all assignment types through phases of the Mobility lifecycle, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and repatriation.
Through this process, there will be an imperative need to develop close working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Tax, and key external stakeholders, including our Immigration agent, to drive superior outcomes and ensure compliance is met for our business and our people.
This position is a **Full Time, Fixed Term opportunity for 12 months** and can be based out of either **Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, maintain & develop relationships with key stakeholders (People & Culture, Tax, Lines of Business, and external vendors) providing high levels of customer service
- Develop and document localised mobility procedures and processes ensuring alignment with global policies where appropriate
- Manage the successful delivery of mobility projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach
- Ensure the People & Culture team and the wider business are kept up to date on key legislative changes and any impact on their business
- Act as the central point for contact for mobility-related queries (visa, immigration, tax equalization, relocation packages)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an inbound Mobility role
- Well-developed communication skills in a range of situations both written and oral
- A strategic and commercial awareness of various business issues
- An ability to plan and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
- An enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work
- Success in developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relations
