The organisation is an Aboriginal-owned, not-for-profit entity established by Traditional Owners of the Warddeken Indigenous Protected Area (IPA).

The Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering flagship IPA programs and overseeing infrastructure management across remote ranger bases.
This hands-on position is ideal for someone passionate about conservation and committed to upholding cultural integrity.
* Oversee fire, weed, and feral animal management initiatives to maintain ecosystem health.
* Manage infrastructure, fleet, and assets to ensure seamless operations within the IPA.
* Lead contractor engagement and performance, including procurement and contract terms.
* Develop operational plans and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Foster cultural respect and collaboration among ranger teams.
You will be based in Darwin, NT, with extensive travel opportunities to the Warddeken IPA.
