Join a dynamic and growing premium skincare provider in Sydney as our new HR Manager. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations and provide strategic advice to senior leaders across Australia.
Working closely with the CEO and CFO, you will play a vital part in attracting and retaining an engaged workforce. This standalone position combines operational and advisory duties, requiring a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide practical and relevant HR advice to the management and executive team.
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and end-to-end payroll processing.
* Maintain a proactive, professional, and consultative approach throughout your role.
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience in a HR Business Partnering position or similar. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and enjoy HR operations, as well as contributing to initiatives with the leadership team. End-to-end payroll processing experience is also essential.
