Park Managers – Western Gums Tourist Park (Couple/Team Role)
Location: Kyabram, Victoria
Employment Type: Full-time, Initial 2-Year Contract Starting January 2026.

Western Gums Tourist Park, owned by the Kyabram Club Inc, is a vibrant and welcoming park set on 10 acres in the heart of North Central Victoria. Just minutes from Kyabram's main hub, The Kyabram Club, and The Kyabram Fauna Park, our park offers modern cabins, powered and unpowered sites, ensuite sites, and family-friendly facilities.

The Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interests from two motivated individuals (a couple or team) to take on the role of Park Managers, responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the park. This hands-on role combines operational, customer service, and business development responsibilities in a supportive and community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of daily park operations, including administration, maintenance, and guest services.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, handling bookings, enquiries, and after-hours support.
* Ensure facilities, grounds, and amenities are presented to the highest standard.
* Monitor budgets and contribute to business growth through marketing and promotional activities.
* Undertake inspections, coordinate maintenance, and manage compliance with OH&S requirements.
* Build positive relationships with guests, the Kyabram Club, and the broader community.
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and organised people who bring:
* Experience in hospitality, accommodation, or business management.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
* Practical maintenance/handyman skills relevant to park operations.
* Competence in office systems, IT, and social media.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Preferred but not essential:
o Experience in caravan/tourist park management.
o Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., RMS).
o Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
o First Aid and OH&S qualifications.

Special Requirements
* Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours.
