About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service / internal salesperson to join our dynamic sales environment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced industry setting and continue their journey with a leading brand in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound sales enquiries (phone, email) including follow ups
• Build strong relationships with clients to develop optimal solutions
• Partner with external sales engineers to provide exceptional customer service
• Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities
• Receive hands-on training in communication, negotiation, sales and product applications
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Previous internal sales experience in manufacturing/engineering fields is essential.
• Familiarity with plastics & related materials is highly beneficial
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment & process is desirable
• Strong desire to work in a dynamic sales environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-centric focus
