About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Disability Inclusion Facilitator. As a facilitator, you will work closely with school staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance disability inclusion.
You will have a background in inclusive education and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school. You will also have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
* Qualifications as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist/Therapist or Psychologist
* Current AHPRA/SPA registration
* 5+ years of experience working in/with schools
* Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities or learning challenges that students may experience
* Strong understanding of the principles of inclusion in education
* Understanding of a strengths-based approach
* Experience in group facilitation
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to work under pressure
* Ability to write concise and accurate reports
* Excellent time management skills
* Intermediate computer skills
* Valid Australian driver licence and reliable own car - required for travel
