Administrative Support Role:
The Administrative Support Officer provides clerical and administrative services to support the front desk and switchboard operations. Key responsibilities include answering patient enquiries, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, managing telephone calls and messages, and providing support to medical staff as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to patient enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with professionalism and respect.
* Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, visitors, and colleagues.
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and emails, ensuring that all correspondence is handled promptly and accurately.
* Provide administrative support to medical staff, including arranging appointments and referrals, preparing medical records, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
* Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
