Beaumont Tiles Hiring: Residential Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Residential team as an Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate quantities, quotes, and related support to our builders and Beaumont support teams.
* Produce production estimates accurately and in a timely manner
* Work closely with the Sales team to ensure accuracy across final documentation
* Actively participate within the estimating department, providing support, sharing knowledge, and seeking ways to drive better business practices
* Maintain strong communication and healthy working relationships with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An understanding of the residential construction process (preferred but not essential)
* The ability to read and interpret construction plans
* A basic understanding of the Tender and Estimation process
* Strong attention to detail
* Well-developed time management skills with the ability to multi-task
