Based at Woolloongabba, this permanent full‐time Senior Social Worker role offers the opportunity to deliver high‐quality clinical care, lead service improvement, and support junior clinicians within the PAH Adult Community North Team.
About This Role
Your new role: In this senior position, you will deliver high quality, evidence based Social Work services within the MSAMHS PAH Adult Community North Team, contributing to clinical excellence, service development and workforce capability.
* Provide advanced Social Work assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional mental health team.
* Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement, research activities and evidence based practice.
* Offer clinical guidance, supervision and education to HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
* Build strong partnerships with consumers, carers, community organisations and multidisciplinary colleagues to support safe, person centred care.

We're Looking For Someone Who Can Demonstrate
* High level clinical skills with the ability to manage complex caseloads and apply independent clinical judgement.
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to work effectively with consumers, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience contributing to service improvement, research, and the development of clinical protocols and evidence based practice.
* A commitment to professional leadership, including supervising junior staff and supporting student learning.
