Your Role and Responsibilities As an entry-level Package Consultant at IBM, you will assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting application packaged solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint to meet their needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you are ready to deliver business value wherever required. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting clients with selection, implementation, and support of packages Making strategic recommendations and using business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and management Supporting workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews Developing process maps to understand current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') scenarios Applying IBM's Design Thinking methodology to solve client challenges Required Technical and Professional Expertise Be an Australian Citizen Satisfy an AU Government client Pre-Engagement Integrity Check Be eligible for or already possess an AGSVA NV1 security clearance Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements Openness to assist clients in designing, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications Ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven consulting environment A passion for innovative ideas and the ability to understand and incorporate different perspectives Exceptional quantitative analysis skills with the ability to derive recommendations based on data and insights Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience assisting clients with selection, implementation, and support of packages Leveraging business knowledge to develop solutions for clients and management Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a demanding environment Strong communication skills to explain complex situations clearly and positively Drive to overcome obstacles and seek continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
