Job Title: Care Professional
As a care professional, you will provide high-quality holistic care in Aged, Disability, Transitional & Palliative Care and Hospital in the Home to clients across Wide Bay Region.
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Conducting comprehensive client assessments to identify their individual needs and develop effective care plans.
* Interpreting health policies for carer staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver quality care.
* Maintaining compliance with local regulations by ensuring all aspects of the job are carried out within legal guidelines.
