A well-established control systems and AV solutions business, is looking for a Technical Support Technician to join their growing team on the Gold Coast. This is an office-based role supporting integrators and clients across Australia with high-end AV, lighting, and automation systems. About the Company Been operating for over 15 years and is a trusted wholesaler of control systems, lighting, and AV automation solutions. With a tight-knit team they pride themselves on technical expertise, strong client relationships, and long-term industry presence. About the Role This is a hands-on technical support role where you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and assisting clients. Your day-to-day will include: Providing phone and email support to customers Remote login troubleshooting of AV and automation systems Diagnosing technical issues and guiding clients to resolution Supporting integrators with system setup and performance issues What We’re Looking For We’re open to different backgrounds — but you must have real AV experience.
