About the Role
In a nutshell, our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
1. Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients.
2. Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
3. Attend various workplaces weekly, learn about the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work.
4. Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention.
5. Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
6. Travel to North Queensland locations such as Port Douglas, Cairns, and Mackay, with travel costs covered by Rehab Management.
