Clinical Care Professional
We're seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Care Professional to provide person-centred care to Clients in the community. The role will involve assessing, planning, and implementing client care within your scope, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life.

As a Clinical Care Professional, you will work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members to create and update care plans that reflect developing needs. You'll spend the majority of your day on the road, completing your scheduled community visits.

Role Requirements
* Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
* General nursing experience, post-registration
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and own roadworthy insured vehicle - Essential
