Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for infrastructure, safety, and innovation? We're looking for an Asset Manager – Distribution to lead the development and delivery of Horizon Power's regional asset management plans. This is your opportunity to drive performance, reliability, and safety across our distribution network while supporting the energy needs of remote and regional communities.
You'll lead a high performing team, manage complex asset operations, and collaborate across divisions to deliver outcomes that align with Horizon Power's values and long term strategy.
Your New Role Will:
• Oversee asset operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance within budget.
• Lead a regional team to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient asset operations.
• Oversee commissioning, maintenance, and quality assurance of infrastructure projects.
• Analyse asset performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external contractors.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in asset management and leadership within the energy sector.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant tertiary qualification with demonstrated industry experience;
OR
• A strong electrical trade background combined with a tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing distribution assets.
• Technical expertise in fault finding, commissioning, and performance monitoring.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of WA's regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
