About My RoleAs a Social Worker at Northcott, I will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists. Together, we provide contemporary, evidence-informed therapies that support our clients in achieving their goals.
I will take an interprofessional approach, working closely with therapists to ensure customers receive holistic and coordinated support. I will bring a demonstrated referral network and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with relevant external organisations, ensuring both interim and ongoing support is available for our customers. This role involves travel across Northcott's service centres, with a company vehicle provided.
