Warehouse & Delivery with Sales Support

Role Overview
As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on warehouse operations and local delivery, with the versatility to support customer service when required. You will be instrumental in ensuring the warehouse is well-organised and stocked, while delivering goods with efficiency, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
We're looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a positive attitude—someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives on building genuine customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch goods from the warehouse
* Complete timely and accurate local deliveries using company vehicles
* Assist with in-branch customer service and basic sales support
* Test and install batteries (training provided)
* Maintain stock levels, warehouse cleanliness, and product organisation
* Support field sales reps with stock and customer service backup
* Represent RedPoint with professionalism, reliability, and pride
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* A passion for customer service and helping others
* Reliable and physically fit (some heavy lifting involved)
* Ability to lift items up to 20kg safely and regularly
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current driver's licence (manual preferred) no license, no job
Desirable (but not essential):
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain within 3 months
* MR truck license or willingness to obtain within 3 months
* Background in warehouse operations, customer service, retail
* Interest in automotive or mechanical trades
