TRAINEE LOSS ADJUSTER
We are currently looking for Trainee Loss Adjusters to join our growing and busy team. This role will see you use your skills to resolve insurance claims. You will examine reported insurance losses to establish the cause, liability, and quantum.
Opportunities available in Canberra, Dubbo, Orange, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing exceptional levels of service to Clients and their Customers.
- Clarifying circumstances surrounding loss and causation.
- Verifying the nature and extent of loss / damage.
- Quantifying the work of reinstatement (material damage claims).
- Determining policy liability and providing recommendations to clients.
- Contributing to the further growth and success of the Branch and Region
About you:
- Strong organisational, and written/verbal communication skills
- A strong service delivery focus for clients
- Capable of delivering to deadlines in a compliance driven environment.
- The ability to work in a team and contribute its success including team objectives, goals, and a united vision towards a positive working culture
- A desire to learn and undertake ongoing professional development with enthusiasm and a positive nature.
- Relevant industry qualifications or experience will be strongly considered but not required.
