Home Support Officer — Calvary St Judes
This part‐time position provides high level administrative support to the Home Manager and the leadership team. The role is vital in ensuring efficient day‐to‐day operations of the home while delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of resident care and home operations.
* Act as key point of contact for residents, families, representatives, and stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
* Manage reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors and contractors, and coordinating appointments.
Essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* High attention to detail.
* Relevant qualification and demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a complex environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education or training.
* Sound knowledge of administrative practices.
