About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic People & Culture Adviser to join our team. This is a true generalist role, with a strong focus on supporting employees and partnering with leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives.

You will play a key role in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, contributing to employee engagement, retention and growth, while helping shape a values-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with employees and leaders to identify and address challenges, support career development and enhance engagement and retention
* Provide operational advice on people matters including performance, conduct and employee relations
* Support the delivery of strategic initiatives such as remuneration reviews, career conversations and engagement surveys
* Collaborate on projects and change management activities
* Champion inclusion, diversity, wellbeing and WHS initiatives
* Assist with reporting and data analysis
* Lead Talent Acquisition activities by running end-to-end recruitment processes

Requirements:

* 2-3+ years' experience in a similar generalist role
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Foundational knowledge of employment law, HR policies and best practices processes
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement
