Role Description
This is a full-time in person postion based in Springfield and Toowong Brisbane
Offices in QLD. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day‐to‐day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Key tasks include supporting operational processes, collaborating with various teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing operational challenges. This role also involves assisting with project management and participating in strategy implementation to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, optimize operations, and solve problems.
* Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee, coordinate, and improve operations.
* Exposure to Sales practices and strategies is valuable for supporting business development efforts.
* Detail‐oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Finacial, Real estate, Property, marketing or related field is preferred.
